By downloading, installing, or using the PERISHIFT application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Vraxni Group, LLC (“PERISHIFT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

The App is a personal tracking tool only. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, clinical assessments, or any form of healthcare services.
PERISHIFT does not provide medical advice. All content in the App — including symptom categories, descriptions, and any displayed information — is for general informational and tracking purposes only. It is not intended to be and should not be interpreted as professional medical advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You must be at least 18 years old to use PERISHIFT. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older.
You create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. Notify us immediately at support@perishift.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
PERISHIFT is offered as a subscription:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes where required.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is not charged during the trial period. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the period ends. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the “Restore Purchases” button in the App to restore your subscription.
Basic daily symptom logging remains accessible indefinitely, even without an active subscription. Pattern charts and PDF report generation require an active subscription.
The symptom logs and notes you enter in the App are your content. You retain ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

The App, its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding your personal logs) are owned by or licensed to Vraxni Group, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Vraxni Group, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES, DECISIONS, OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE APP. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CARE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vraxni Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings → Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Alabama, except you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against us.
